Digital delivery

All products are digital downloads. Files are delivered immediately after payment on the confirmation page, by email, and in your account library.

Refunds

Because files are available instantly, all sales are final. If a file is damaged, missing or not as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or issue a full refund. Refunded orders lose download access.

VIP membership

VIP renews automatically each month or year until canceled. Cancel anytime by emailing us; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Templates downloaded while you were a member stay licensed for events booked during your membership.

Payments & privacy

Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We store your email and order history to deliver your files and keep your library. We don't sell your data.
